Quite disappointed because the booking of the sea view room had a note and called the receptionist nearly a week ago, needing a room on the 1st floor near the lawn view area but when arriving, the receptionist arranged for a grass view room saying that the balcony was the widest in the lawn area but did not know what else to do with the requests I gave? The room type and price were not worth it because the money spent was the value of another room type, showing a lack of respect for customers. But in the end, I was transferred to the ground floor of the beach area, the thing worth mentioning when I came to check in was more than 2 hours, I had to wait for the receptionist to sell the sea view room but the customer refused? And then arranged me to the lawn view area? If the staff could sell the sea view room, my family would have been really looked down upon by the hotel?
