I highly recommend this hotel in London! The hotel is extremely clean! The staff is all so helpful and kind. Even though it's only a continental breakfast, it has enough variety and everything was very good. The rooms are small, but we only slept there so it was ok for us for this type of trip. I have no complaints at all.

Clean rooms but tiny as is bathroom . Acabe basic amenities no refreshments kettle etc. booked last minute - so really not great value.

All of the front of house staff were kind, attentive and brilliantly helpful. They proactively looked out for me during my stay and made everything easy and enjoyable.

I didn’t enjoy it as much as previous stays. The two women on reception when I arrived were great. The guy who made my tea on day 2 didn’t seem to know what he was doing, couldn’t find the milk and made the worst tea ever, which I paid for. That morning I felt hassled 6 times by other staff when I’d booked an extra night. I had to keep explaining and in the end went to reception. First the guy knocked 4 times and then a woman asking the same thing. Previously, it was better.

Great location for Canary Wharf. Small rooms but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable room with very basic amenities. I stayed in a windowless room which wasn’t too bad as the room was fit for purpose and i stayed only for one night. However, the soundproofing is non existent so you can hear the water running when someone is using the shower on the upstairs room, and also people walking along the corridors.

The check in experience was rough. Using the tablet and being sent to a different building to stay. I couldn’t get into my room until several attempts. The window began to fall apart as I was trying to open and close it. There was hair in the bed and in the bathroom. The toilet had problems flushing. I could hear every word people were saying outside my door. So yeah not a good stay.

Room very clean and close to everything

Room was very small, even for a budget hotel (being in London it wasn’t a budget price!). Be wary of there are two adults staying in the room you’ll be constantly getting in each others way when getting ready in the morning. No hand towels policy is weird to me, it’s a basic requirement to have a towel to dry your hands! Table next to bed was broken, shower was certainly budget, very bad water power. But it was clean and staff were friendly and a good location to explore the area.
