Thank God, I was quite satisfied staying at this hotel, the location is quite strategic, my HBD request was fulfilled, the staff was friendly, I was able to check in before 2 o'clock, the room was clean, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the downside was that yesterday the room key was problematic, hopefully it can be fixed soon.

The room's AC wasn't cold. It was set to 16°C with full airflow, but from check-in time until night, it wasn't cold. The hotel room looked old, with some of the vinyl flooring starting to peel. The bathroom was very dated, with an old-fashioned wall-mounted shower and a toilet that wasn't set back enough.

The furniture is starting to wear out, the sofa is uncomfortable, the mattress is less comfortable, the pillows are a bit hard, the blanket & sheets are not smooth, the bathroom: the shower is not strong enough, there is no shower pole to adjust the height and direction of the shower, the shower curtain is so-so that it makes the bathroom floor wet, the towels are starting to wear out, there are no hand towels, room 1916 has a wide window but you can't see the view because it's blocked by the building, the drawer light doesn't turn on in the morning (maybe it's broken? but how come 2 light bulbs broke at once?), I didn't report it because I was already going to check out. The swimming pool is a bit narrow and the steps and chairs are made of stone which are annoying and dangerous if you really want to exercise by swimming
