The first day of course was great .’ Not sure how old is this property … but I for sure recommended..understand about how every hotel considers themselves a good hotel.’ For and stayed for 7 nights The price is good👍 like $45 per night thru Expedia.. the hotel is clean, swimming pool clean and property very nice The continental breakfast is included it but is very very few items The employees were very nice .

Great hotel clean, and felt safe sleeping there.

The room was ok but the the lacks security in the hotel and the worst part was there is no WiFi in this hotel we ask the front about the WiFi and. they lied and said it would work in one hour and it didn’t so went back she was very rude and said no your not going to have WiFi and was very I’m respectful when we would ask because she said we would have soon but when asked again she was very rude and said no your not going to get it for the the two days we were staying there they flat out lied , and the breakfast was only toast and cereal and that’s it and then they want to charge you for anything else. I would not recommend staying in this hotel is terrible. The staff is terrible. They will lie to you.

The AC needs to be maintained, when turned on, it smelled like humid which caused us to start sneezing. The breakfast is ok and the service is good. The cleaning of the rooms was good and the front desk was kind and attentive.

First impression when came to room there was water puddled at the shower’s exit, made us unsure if the room was dirty from the previous customer or simply left by the maid service or else. Tried to call lobby but the phone wasn’t working. Walked to the lobby, they said cleaning was not possible so they provided a couple of towels to lay down on the floor where water was puddled, and about the phone well “sometimes they simply don’t work”. That’s it for me, no more cheap hotels.

Clean room and bathroom. AC too old did not work too well, remote of TV failed (could not change TV channels), internet availability was terrible, could not get signal easily and remarkably slow.

The pool area was definitely the highlight of the hotel. Nice way to relax at the end of a long day.

Travel Agent was suppose to have booked us a room w/ a kitche ntte, A/C didn't work well! Thot it would b a better safer neighbor hood, we were to scared to drive ! Staff was great & helped move I s to another Tecno hotel on itzaes, which was worse, a/c was not working right & started spitting 1×1 " ice chunks put & making a loud noise, i thot it was going to blow up? We had to be move to 3 diff rooms ,black mold made us sick, we spent 1 week in bed sick ,our whole trip was ruined! Staff was rude to us & made us feel unwelcome! We are looking to seek attorney to get reimbursed for hotel stay! Sue tra usothose roads
