All was wonderful, especially the staff. Special shout out to Esperanza. One of the best therapeudic massages i have ever had.

Check-in was easy. The room was washroom were kept very clean by the staff. The bed was moderately comfortable. The rooftop pool was enjoyable, had a good view, but was sometimes busy and loud.

Hotel is dated, bed needs replacing, small TV We weren’t able to eat at the hotel as our timing would allow this. It was clean and staff were great but I felt this was overpriced

What stood out for me was the location, the price per night, the decor and overall cleanliness of the hotel.

We were unable to enter the country and was told By expedia that we were unable to receive a refund on our stay because the hotel didnt want to give it back. I lost $500. UNACCEPTABLE

Pretty good rooms, breakfast and staff

The location of this hotel in the El Congrejo neighborhood is a standout feature. The hotel is quiet but located in an area with many restaurants and bars in a very walk-able area.

This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel. It is walking distance to cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel also smells amazing that I had to track down their scent supplier amd purchase a few bottles to take back with me

The room was clean and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast has good options though I wish they had bigger plates.
