Still my favorite place to stay!! The staff is incredible!! Location is fantastic, I can walk to most everything I need. I keep coming back because of the staff though, they always lift everyone up and are very helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful

My over all experience was great. Just two points. No small bathing towels were available. I don’t know if it’s the norm to not use those in Panama. And secondly, there was an odor in the halls and elevator. Smells like a wet old mat. Outside of this everything was fine.

The room is spacious and good, however, the bathroom doesn't have a glass door, which makes the water splash onto the floor outside the shower area. But the location is convenient because it close to the metro station.

Breakfast was not good, the property was not in very good condition.

The staff at this hotel were beyond exceptional. They were very friendly, understanding, professional and attentive. Hot water was a real issue. We had to change rooms once because there was none. The second room was so loud from the bar that they put us in another room. Again, this room had luke-warm water. The place was clean.

Rooms were clean, staff were amazing!! Only problem was the parking but not a deal breaker

Great place to stay and do business in the financial sector of Panama City.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Night 1: no problems. Night 2: air conditioning was out for about half the time, the water didn’t work properly much of the time, the internet didn’t work properly (slow, cut out, or didn’t work), the power went out several times, etc. Staff kept giving unrealistic estimates as to when these basic necessities would be restored. I have no idea if this is a normal experience—I suspect not. But this was a really bad experience. Staff didn’t do anything to compensate us, other than give us free breakfast on the final morning upon my request. I requested more compensation, and they gave me an email address to contact to request a refund—I expect this to be ignored. All in all, a very uncomfortable, infuriating, and poor value stay.

I kept having problems getting hot water, but the views were amazing

I chose this hotel mainly because it advertised a 24/7 paid airport shuttle, which was essential since I was arriving alone at 1:30 a.m. in Panama. I emailed the hotel and called for three days to arrange the service, but never received a response and the phone was never answered. As a result, I had to take a last‑minute airport taxi and pay $60, which could have been avoided if the advertised service had been properly managed. During my stay, the ice machine was broken and remained unrepaired the entire time. The mini fridge did not cool, and the hotel was unable to provide ice, an ice bucket, or any alternative solution—even when I offered to buy my own ice. The front desk was often understaffed, leading to long wait times. I once waited over 18 minutes just to reset my room key, which stopped working twice during my stay. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, housekeeping serviced my room daily, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful—especially when assisting me with a pillow change due to my neck issues, which I truly appreciated.

I had a delicious ribeye dinner at the bar lounge 😋. Room was very clean. Hotel is close walking distances to financial, shopping & goid eats.
