This Hotel is not meant for business travel. The room had no iron or iron board, I was told by the hotel that I have to go to their laundry dept where an iron would be available. Also the shower head was in middle of bathtub, however no proper water protection for bathroom. Word of advice, if booking is made via Expedia, the hotel is not the friendliest or helpful as they casually say "you booked via Expedia, so we cannot help with your booking". Sad as the hotel seemed very nice and friendly on paper.

Very clean hotel. They checked us in when we arrived early. Quiet and calm stay. Lovely authentic breakfast and relaxing bar to have a drink in before going to bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower in the room was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to explore Baden from with the tiwn only a 2 min walk away and a goregeous park next door.

We were on a long trip in Austria during which we stayed at 4 different hotels at the same price range as this one. all of them were great except this one. The room smelled moldy and its design was spartan with old furniture. we cracked open the window for 5 minutes and tons of bugs came in. the spa is basically just one sauna. In addition, for this price range i would expect more amenities in the room, specifically these were lacking: * No mini fridge * No electric kettle * No power sockets next to the bed * They provided soap and conditioner for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2 The breakfast was good and the shower was nice. The staff was kind.

We loved the At the Park Hotel! Wonderful location in Baden close to the center of town. We could walk from the train station. The room was fabulous - clean, spacious, and modern. The staff were all great - answered any questions, helped us out and were pleasant. The breakfast was great!! No need for lunch with all the choices there were for the breakfast! Location is on the edge of a park- looking out our balcony, we had a great view of the park. All in all, in a return visit to Baden, we will definitely stay here!

Pleasant and attractively furnished 70s style retro rooms. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar. Excellent location next to the town's spa park.

Good location. Room was quite small. A/C was good and required (warm days). Overall it was a good choice to stay for two nights.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel is clean and lovely, the crew is helpful and great! Great Breakfast! Lots of fruit and vegrtabls! Order the room with the air con!

Very Nice Hotel right on Kur Park in Baden. Great Location. Had a great breakfast. Hotel was very quiet at night. Best part was the staff - all I encountered were so professional, friendly and helpful.

The staff at “At the Park” were so accommodating and made my stay absolutely fabulous!!!! I will never forget everyone there! They were like family! They knew that I wanted a latte in the morning and an Aperol Sprizz in the afternoon!!! Thank you to everyone at “At the Park” Leah

Perfect location in middle of the town.Very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent We would certainly come back when in Austria.
