The staff and service were excellent. The restaurant service very good and the food delicious. The hotel was clean but the bathroom had like a drain smell.

We were travelling with a full SUV of personal items and the secured on site parking was of great importance. Room was very clean

On the road place and it served just fine. One of few hotels in the area and was decent, despite the rough feel of Cardenas. Check in was fine, staff were nice, place was fine and clean, the only issue was a bit of mold in the bathroom but otherwise, just fine.

The hotel and the room were really good, the area is not what I would be looking for. The beds and bathroom are really good and pleasant, clean and comfortable, Wifi good and stable, TV with good range of programs. Hotel´s own security is present. The restaurant has good choices, drinks are nice as well. For just one night the Hotel madan is certainly a option to be considered.

Nice place, restaurant downstairs is excellent and very affordable. Third floor rooms are the newest and have hot water available at all times.

The hotel was cleaned and the staffs were very friendly. I arrived at midnight and the receptionist did not have my reservation ready, so I had to rebook for the night and got refunded the next morning. The room was very clean and the cleaning ladies did a great job. The water pressure in the bathroom was not to my liking and the water temperature was luke warm (not hot).

The hotel building is very nice and also the rooms. When we arrived the security guard was very helpful. Helped us to the secure car park for our car and TentTrailer. Also very nice that we good go to the Hotel restaurant and had a nice dinner.
