The room is nice, spacious, with complete facilities, only a few spots look old, the pillows are not white enough, the towels are safe, nice, and fragrant. The food is okay, but the additional Rp. 80,000 for 1 adult is not worth it because the menu often runs out, such as eggs even though I was a bit stubborn, coco crunch, and watery milk. The kids don't like watery milk. The rest is okay if breakfast is included in the room price. Maybe they need to add sausage and french fries, it's simple but the kids like it. The staff is nice and friendly, the fries are delicious and fried in real time so they are still fresh and hot. Overall it's okay, we had a good rest after a tiring trip.

Accessibility is good, cleanliness is decent, but amenities often don't match the ones listed on the app. I've booked a room with a bathtub at least three times on the app, but it never arrived upon check-in, unlike when I was at the Sahid Mandarin.

Security moved quickly to help guests who were checking in. What was a bit strange was that when the curtains were opened, people were seen sitting around, making it uncomfortable to be seen straight through to the room.
