Clean, quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is located close to the airport and with easy access to the city centre. The breakfast buffet was great.

Really well located property, less than a minute walk from a Metro station which makes getting into central Lisbon easy and fast. Rooftop pool, bar and terrace area was great in the lovely Lisbon sunshine. The team were really friendly and helpful. The only things to be aware of are the Lisbon residents love of their car horns and any hotel residents who like to move the chairs in their rooms which will both inevitably wake you up!

Such a nice property - convenient location to just walk or take the metro ! Close to the airport too. Staff was helpful friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable !

This is a really nice property in a safe area. We were so thankful to not be in the more touristy areas that are crawling with questionable people. The rooms were large and clean. Only complaint was the pretend sliding door on the bathroom. If you like your privacy, forget it! The staff were so helpful. The rooftop bar and pools were fantastic and really made our stay enjoyable.

Great property to stay in with clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful pool space and great breakfast. The location is close to transportation and great restaurants.

Hotel location was great for metro & bus. The team throughout the hotel was really professional & friendly, helping with our questions and providing a map & help for places to visit. The breakfast buffet has choices for all and the rooftop pool area was a lovely with sunbeds, umbrella’s and pool which certainly refreshed you. A great hotel.

The Jupiter Lisboa was a lovely hotel and we stayed 8 nights . The location was fabulous for accessing buses or the metro. We had a room on the 5th Floor and it was functional. Some things to consider would adding more hooks around the room and a table near the exit for small items. The fridge was stocked and we assumed the items inside were for sale but there was no explicit info on costs. It also tied up the very small space in the fridge as well. Housekeeping was inconsistent and I don’t think the floors were washed while we were there specifically the bathroom floor nor were toiletry items replenished. The positives certainly were the rain shower and the spaciousness in the bathroom. Bed linens were lovely but a couple of pillows out of the 5 in the room were lumpy and not great quality. The rooftop pool was a great amenity as well as the spa downstairs, although we used neither. The flavoured water was a terrific option but was depleted late in the afternoon. It is a very low cost service for guests and I would encourage a more consistent replenishment throughout the day into the evening. Despite the detailed feedback which is intended to be constructive, this is a great hotel with a fabulous location if you are looking to be away from the tourist areas but close enough to multiple public transportation options to get you anywhere you like to go. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Good location to get around in Lisbon and nearby cities. Friendly and professional treatment. Daily room service and efficient maintenance staff.

Loved the rooftop bar breakfast buffet was great all of it the beds are comfortable there’s a fabulous little groceries across the street and we loved the bakery across the street pizza burgers the lasagna all in all great hotel

Great location right next to the metro. Perfect non touristy neighborhood where I can walk to local markets and wander around. Buffet was extensive and delicious! Our space was nicely designed and clean. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic… so many options! We loved spending the evening on the rooftop bar & pool to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Plus the bakery across the road was an added perk! The hotel staff were friendly & super helpful… my safe wouldn’t open on our last night & the front desk came right up & helped (at midnight!). I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Lisbon. I do add, it’s not walking distance to main attractions… but we used Bolt to get us everywhere. They’re inexpensive & reliable. We liked the idea of being away from the loud busy streets at night

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with access to public transportation if you choose to utilize it. When I arrived at the hotel the young bell hop came out & was very helpful with my luggage, first impressions mean the world to me. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed/pillows offered a good night's rest after exploring the city all day. Unfortunately I did not check out any of the amenities they had to offer.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I think they should give you a complimentary water daily.

We did not have the breakfast included. And it was too cold for the pool which looked nice and clean.

Excellent hotel just outside the busy tourist area but well situated because of good public transport. Helpful staff, great breakfast and a nice bar.

Upkeep was not too good. The showerhead did not work. The person behind the desk at night was not helpful when we asked for an additional hour for checkout while when I asked someone different in the morning it was immediately approved. Breakfast was really good and the room was just fine. Not a central location but not too far out either. The WIFI worked well
