Clean warm comfortable ensuite room with a handy little kitchen - we didn't use all the facilities but it was very useful to have a fridge and breakfast bar and the shower was great . Considering it was just off a main road and so close to the Thameslink it was a nice quiet street and we slept very well . Great selection of cafes / restaurants / shops very close and great transport links to everywhere in London and beyond . Slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom on arrival but I would definitely stay again . The staff were also helpful and it was reasonably priced for the area we were in.

Everything was clean (ie, room, towels, bed sheets and shared bathroom). Room is comfortable. House location is also very good.

Our stay was very pleasant. We liked the location - just a few blocks from the Tube and train. There were good places to eat breakfast nearby and restaurants in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable compared to other places I have stayed in London. Recommended.

On arrival we were told our room was 3 minutes walk from the actual address of the Charlotte Hotel. Our other family members were in a 3rd property altogether. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little aged but clean and tidy with drink making facilities. Be sure to book separate parking!

Good place to stay for a short time.

The reception staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Booked the triple room and it was spacious and clean. No aircon, which was inconvenient during the summer heatwave.

We found the facilities to be on a par with any hotel we have used. What was excellent was the quietness we needed after along flight from NZ The staff were so helpful. We would stay there again

We’ve stayed here before and we love it. The room was spacious and clean and we got fresh linen daily. The staff were available by WhatsApp if you didn’t make it to reception. We missed them serving breakfast but there is a discount to a local cafe now instead. We didn’t use it but it looked nice. Would stay again for sure

No good at all, it says there’s Wi-Fi. But there’s barely any Wi-Fi connection in my room.

Clean and great location

The room was very clean and tidy and luckily, a fan was provided because it was very warm up there due to the heatwave. The guy on reception was very friendly and informative and gave us simple instructions to get to our room. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it was a very good location and the area was nice with a lovely bakery just up the street, but also Costa not too far either. Highly recommend and we will keep it in mind when we return

Helpful staff, lovely room, great location.

It was ok in general for a place to sleep a night. Sheets had some stains on them, shower didn't look clean, towels didn't smell fresh. I suppose it's ok for the price but I wouldn't be coming back. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

Stayed at Charlotte Guest House after a concert at Wembley. A very friendly & helpful welcome when we checked in followed by a clean & very nicely decorated bedroom & bathroom. A comfortable bed & quiet neighbourhood resulted in a good nights sleep! In an excellent location for Wembley we would definitely visit again.

The staff made an effort to get my room ready asap and they were very responsive. There were some "old house" issues, like any home. the shower door was hard to open from the shower inside. The pillows were "tired" and the bed mattress felt old. The upgrades made in the bathroom were beautiful. The area was very nice. Thank you.

Great place in London, so conveniently located, right next to transportations stations. Overground, Train and Underground with the Jubilee line. Easy access to downtown London. The Guesthouse is clean and great affordability for London. we got a enovated bathroom. Staff was nice and we encountered no issues with this stay. will book again.
