It's a shame it's not soundproof, it's incredibly noisy. The room is too small, and there's no trash can in the bathroom. Luckily, I just lay down while waiting for my evening flight.

Stayed for 4 days, but amenities were not replaced or refilled, otherwise it was okay.

The price was high for that kind of room which [was] below standard anyway.

Overall, this hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well located. The staff is also friendly. However, bathroom amenities, such as tea, aren't automatically replenished when they run out; you have to request them first.

A suitable hotel for travelers who want to walk around Sunset Road, affordable prices, okay food, clean rooms, slightly avoid rooms near the main road because Sunset Road is often used for MotoGP.

This is my second time staying at this hotel for six days, but this time I happened to get a room next door that was undergoing renovations, and sometimes I could still hear people working until 9:00. My suggestion is to limit work to 5:00, or at most 6:00 if renovations are necessary while someone is staying in the next room. Overall, the service and cleanliness are good.

It's my 2nd stay and it was better than the 1st one. The room is better, cleaner, the TV was better with smart TV, the toiletries are more complete (still no hairdryer but it's fine), breakfast is good as before, but this time the bed is kinda fragile, I don't know. Towels replacement, umbrella, flip flops, water refill, Wi-Fi, valet parking, it's all good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Best choice for the price. Had no difficult decision to book for next stay here.
