My family and I had an awesome time at this location! The only reason we chose was because it’s a walking distance to La Basilica. The best part for us is they provide free breakfast and entrance to the gym. I have to give a shout out to the ladies in housekeeping not only did they do a great job on cleanliness but gave us directions and suggestions on cool places near by.

Pretty good location, being close to the basilica was nice. Had roaches in my room and management wasn't very helpful when plans for my stay changed. Not much food close by but the rappi app was a lifesaver. Probably one of the loudest hotels I've ever been in, so not very restful.

It is a clean place but the best of all, it is really close to many amenities. You can walk to every place. The subway is a 5 minutes walk and from there, you can go everywhere in the city

Really friendly staff. Great customer service. Needed medicine refrigerated and they stored it for us at no cost. The hotel is located next to the basilica and the plaza.

Cool place to stay unfortunately our last stay the wifi didn't work as properly as before, and there was not breakfast since the restaurant is under construction; Nonetheless, everything else was very pleasant and we will probably stay again. 👍🏼
