Room was disgusting. Dirt and dust beside fridge hasn't been cleaned in years by the looks No sink. Had to rinse your dishes in bathroom..Very poor layout Don't stay upstairs. All I heard was people walking up and down. No toilet roll on holder. Toilet seat was falling off. I would not recommend this property

Had parking close by. The lady at reception was very helpful No cooking facilities but hotel had a restaurant and cafes and restaurants nearby. Room quite small

Very comfortable 1-bedroom suite including bed, pillows and recliner seats. Ideal location for Tahunanui Beach and for driving to Nelson, Mapua and Richmond. Loved the pool. Great you don’t get automatic servicing - just opt in for any day or get any supplies from cleaning staff.

Staff were kind and helpful, rooms were nice, spacious and clean. A little mould in the shower but nothing too major

Room was very small and we faced a highway that often was busy with log trucks. Thankfully the traffic on the highway did slow down after 9:15 p.m.. smugglers restaurant behind the hotel it's a great place to go for dinner.

Yes everything was great

We were on a queen room. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. It has recently been refurbished to a good standard. There is a microwave, coffee plunger and crockery but washing up all as to be done in the bathroom sink which is a bit odd.

Staff and Room fantastic service Great comfortable warm room swimming pool heated big bathroom towels good parking. The beach across the street also shops, petrol station, bottle shop, kfc, McDonalds, Restaurants, Hot breakfast just 20 steps from the variety different rooms with balcony or lovely outdoor seating fabulous hotel where you should book in why EVERYTHING for your family or couples need is close

Fantastic place to stay, bigger complex than we thought. Room was nice, staff were pleasant. Couple of pubs and a nice cafe basically all next door. Would stay again!
