My Points

The room had no electricity, the toilet was broken and dirty, and even the other room was the same; I couldn't shower or sleep. I don't understand how a room costing 1 million VND a night could be worse than a place costing 200,000 VND.

Hotel ok, breakfast okay, few people are quiet, a bit hard to find eateries
