Great stay

Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer service from the staff. Disappointing

The room was clean, breakfast was good, shower pressure was awesome.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive! From helping us to plan our hikes, filling our water bottles for free, or supplying more tea and sugar for our room, to offering a packed dry breakfast to take with us at dawn since we left before sunrise. The hotel itself seemed like the nicest option in the area and it was clean and comfortable. But what stood out most was how wonderful each and every staff member was. Breakfast is held in a beautiful dining area upstairs with a fantastic view of the the mountains. The medialunas are some of the most delicious I have ever eaten! Lots of nice little details at this hotel such as free hand cream at the desk which were appreciated by us. I don't think there is a better or nicer option in El Chalten, we would stay here again if returning!

Staff very helpful, clean rooms , good breakfast. Central location

The room was clean but basic and dated. Staff were helpful, even providing hiking poles and important details for the Laguna de Los tres trek. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to the bus station and very close to excellent restaurants. Breakfast was good

The rooms were clean, updated, and SO spacious! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful with information about the area and nearby hikes.

Room was modern and nice

Breakfast felt like they didn't want you to eat much (tiny plates and glares from staff) and they were worried about the cost. Paid a lot to stay and if breakfast is offered, then I would expect it to be more generous. The baked goods were often a bit stale. One day we grabbed some media lunas (croissants) to leave to be on the trail early and were told we couldn't do this. We were eating less than if we'd have sat down. If we'd have sat down they'd have allowed us to eat the same things so was strange to be confronted about taking the same items away. I get that this could be abused by some but I would have appreciated a polite approach and gentle conversation rather than what felt confrontational. Under the bed was dusty as if not cleaned under there for a while. Overall happy with our stay and generally a good hotel for the area.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, central location

Everything was good except the fact that the room got so hot at night and I contacted them multiple times. They kept saying we are addressing it but they didn’t. Unfortunately due to the wind we couldn’t leave the window open as the wind was very strong and made very loud noises.

It was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with our bags and even gave us information about the area. It was also really beautifully designed with the floor to ceiling windows so you know the view was spectacular. There is also a hot tub but the water wasn’t that hot.

Everything was great. Jessica the front desk person was wonderful!

Great location walk to the waterfront and close to the main street in town. Well furnished and clean rooms. Great breakfast.

Excellent hôtel. Staff are all exceptional and very knowledgeable. We stayed there towards the end of the season but still plenty to do. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, allowed us late checkout with no charge but also gave us great recommendations for hikes and activities. Highly recommend.
