The staff is very enthusiastic, went in July so the resort was not too crowded.

a good location for a relaxing vacation. a bit far from the hustle bustle of the town centre.

Quiet, deserted space, very polite and friendly staff, many beautiful, smart and well-behaved dogs, lots of birds and sounds of nature. My family had a great time here. Thank you.

Polite staff, cool accommodation, clean rooms, beach and swimming pool

The hotel has a large, airy campus with many trees, bringing a cool and pleasant feeling. Room was spacious, clean. On the ground floor, there is a direct door to the swimming pool, which is very convenient for those who are lazy to walk to the beach. Breakfast is somewhat simple but enough basic dishes, desserts and water. Next time will come back and recommend to friends.

Room was not cleaned. Even though the hotel has announced the lack of people, the room should be cleaned every 2 days. But after 3 days still not moving, had to call 2 times to clean. Common facilities are degraded, not maintained. The roof of the pool bar and swimming pool is torn, not replaced. Rusty pool bar, abandoned, no service staff. Room furniture is not maintained. My room jacuzzi was broken. The villa's yard light system is not bright, if you want to light up, you have to call a technician. The room description is misleading. Premier villa is actually a room on the 2nd floor, so it cannot be called a villa. Generally do not invest, take proper care with 4 stars.

This is our 3rd time staying at Mercury resort and it was awesome as ever. The location is near to airport and good for a retreat, quite far from town if you want to visit night market, however resort provides free shuttle to town. Room is spacious with good equipment, landscape is great. The food is ok but breakfast doesn’t have much to choose from. Service is great, I had my flight changed to 7am due to airlines, but reception still support me with airport shuttle and a nice takeaway breakfast. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is good. Bad room, wet, low, dark toilet.

The sea is not cleaned, so much rubbish floating makes me disappointed in this 4 star accommodation. Overall quality is not good vs 4 stars
