Wonderful little gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout, friendly staff, great breakfast - real value for money. Will 100% stay here next trip to Viareggio

Very nice room. Having a balcony was great. And the terrase was amazing.

Nice property near the sea ... staff were all helpful and warm except the guy in the front desk who was UNhelpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden and would highly recommend the hotel to others. We stayed with our two children and the rooms were functional, clean, and the staff were excellent. We all loved the breakfast and the location is great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Good location, walking to most of the destinations. Room is clean, although a little small. Hotel is old and remodeled recently. Shower is good but AC is weak and noisy. Fantasy is fresh and good quality with varieties.

Bad start as there was a carnival on and we couldn't access the hotel without paying 20 euros PP Staff ignored us all week and it wasnt a welcoming hotel. Travelled all over italy over the years and never had such a negative experience

Room very clean but hot as aircpn did not work and shutter would not raise up. Service at reception and breakfast friendly and efficient. It was a little loud as you could hear all ghe rooms around you so we were glad it was only a stopover hotel for ys but perfect for our needs.

The Hotel Eden was absolutely fantastic We stayed 10 days and we didnt want to leave. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The staff were wonderful. We would definitely return.

Didnt like the fact that no aircon in sept. Room was constant 24 degrees. Too hot for sleeping.

We had a one night stay in August at the Hotel Eden and really wished we had the opportunity to stay longer but will definitely return. The check in was smooth and the staff were so helpful to provide all the information to us with the parking, and beach options and restaurants. We travelled with our dog and this hotel is truly a dog friendly hotel and all staff being very kind and helpful. The location is also very convenient and central and the price for the room and breakfast very reasonable considering the location and quality of the hotel. Thank you Hotel Eden for a great stay!!!

We loved staying here. Perfect location, incredible service and reasonably priced. We hope to return next year. A great find.
