I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The building is old and poorly maintained, far from the comfortable impression depicted in the photos. Don't be fooled by the photos, as the reality is very different. The room was extremely dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, making it uncomfortable even for a short rest. The bathroom was also disappointing; the water flow was very slow, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, my stay here did not live up to my expectations or the price. I'm writing this review to prevent future victims from being disappointed after visiting in person. I urge the management to make serious improvements if they still wish to welcome guests.

The hotel staff is friendly and thank you. I made a mistake in my massage date and I was able to change the check-in date from November 8th to November 1st.

The villa is old and has a lot of damage. The AC isn't cold, but the hot water works well. It's poorly maintained, to the point that the hotel sign has lost its writing. It's a bit creepy. If you're looking for a peaceful atmosphere, this villa is perfect.

the staff is okay, but the inn is like a haunted house, the bedroom is full of dirt, the bathroom water is small, there are lots of cockroaches, there are dead lizards in the refrigerator, the road to the villa is slippery The AC is not an AC but a fan and it's not cold, there are lots of rooms, it's just a bit scary because the 2nd floor is very fragile. what kind of villa did you order, it was changed without confirmation. The room and villa is very so so not like in photo in apps. No AC, no heat water and no wifi and building is too old

The room we booked was not suitable because it was under renovation, the building was rickety, it smelled musty, it was really scary at night, the water was small and the hot water was impossible. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

We did not stay because it was not fit for anyone to sleep old dirty and broken

The hotel is in bad condition, the villa is not maintained, there is no water for bathing until you get to the office lobby, the TV is just a display and can't be turned on.

Tempat nya nyaman, vibes nya bagus, fasilitas nya lengkap, pelayanan nya juga ramah, pokoknya cocok buat kumpul bersama keluarga.

Bangunan sudah mulai tua, tidak seperti di foto. Lantai kayu ada yang bolong dan lapuk.

Vila lama tidak terurus not recommended.

Saya pesan langsung 3 malam, hanya bisa ditiduri 2 malam itu karena terpaksa dan tidak bisa rifund …. Bau tikus kasurnya dan bocor dimana-mana maaf ya tapi jujur 🙏.
