Lovely stay.

Room was not cleaned very well between days, coffee & sugar not refilled. The room had been very poorly updated and with drawers hanging off the hinges and an ugly 2" caulk bead around the poorly tiled tub was a sad site of poor workmanship. Hot tub had not been cleaned and when turned on the foam was 3-4" thick and skimmers were plugged, chlorine level was so high my eyes burned and so only put my feet and legs in (I own a hot tub and this tub was not properly maintained). Air conditioner in the room quit at 1:45AM and the room became very hot after a short while. Checking out that same morning in a few hours so didn't call down since I didn't want all the commotion of having someone come up when ever they arrived and start to troubleshoot the AC as we were trying to get a few more minutes of rest before packing and checking out. Exhaust from restaurant was just outside our window so had to listen to that all night. Price was very high for what was offered and zero view from the window was disappointing. I would give it a pass and the price of food and everything in town was rediculas, tipping is so out of control. Go for any food and the credit card machine comes to you with 18%, 22%, and 25% tip options which is a huge turn off, pay the workers a living wage. Seems vacationing in Canada is now becoming out of reach for the majority of Canadians.

This is a great hotel. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Fabulous breakfast I. The cafe. We will stay here again when in Rossland.

Location is great and Rossland is a great little town! Grocery store and lots of coffee shops right on the Main Street as well as a great bistro and restaurant right at the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel; it is beautifully decorated and maintained. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again.

The Hotel has wonderful amenities including a hot tub, sauna, and gym. The restaurant on site is top notch. The cafe should open earlier than 7am for coffee and breakfast, that was our only complaint. Otherwise great place to stay in lovely Rossland.

We stayed one night in a king suite, it was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Overall, highly recommend!

Until eating in Gabrielle’s rest, it was going fine. On ordering I particularly asked for the main NOT to be plated for at least 10min after finishing the starter. The main was delivered immediately on completion of the starter. Due to digesting issues I was unable to finish the main. I waited 45min to speak to staff but no one approached me, the waitress was over worked I tried to count the covers she attended approx 28-30! I was not prepared to wait any longer I left the table. No maitre d to be seen and or hotel reception. So I retired. On checking out they produced a rest bill, I explained the situation to be informed a manager would contact me. Nobody has contacted me. I will be VERY disappointed to receive a debit on my ccard now! Very poor management

Hotel is excellent. Bed and pillows.are very comfortable. Food at on-site restaurant was delicious. Great value for price.

The staff were very accommodating when we requested a room change due to the overnight noise from a roof fan just outside our room window.

A comfortable stay and conveniently located in town, walkable to restaurants & shops

--- We recently stayed at the Prestige Inn in Rossland and overall had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It’s right in the heart of Rossland, making it easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafés. It’s also conveniently close to Red Mountain Resort, which is perfect if you’re visiting for skiing or outdoor activities. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If the mattresses were improved, this would be a fantastic place to stay.
