Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with Expedia and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

I stayed for 9 days. There were 2 nights where it was rather noisy

Everything was perfect. If there are one little point to improve is the temperature or the room.

Very good location . It’s away from the big city of Frankfurt located in a very nice and quite area. Transport to reach Frankfurt city or airport is easily available and takes 30-40 minutes.

Night staff gentleman was passive aggressive and unfriendly

My second time staying at the property. Convenient stay and cozy room. Reasonable options at breakfast. Bunch of restaurant options within 5 - 10 mins walk from the hotel.

It was good for one night only. It was a clean and comfortable bed , except the pillow that was too flat. Bathroom was very clean too. Unfortunately, the only thing very uncomfortable was the smell of the room, but once you opened the window for a couple of minutes, it got better. There are no restaurants around but it had a very good public transportation possibilities

Excellet location in a quiet residential area near a public transport stop. Personal is wery friendly and hospitality. It was a pleasure standing in this cozy hotel with exceptional panoramic view of Frankfurt. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. It was great to parking in the secure location, and for free. Would totally recommend.

The hotel is nice, but there is no air conditioning….. The stay was hot and uncomfortable, because if you open the window you share the terrace space with other two room, so it’s not safe. The sink and shower was with clogged drain and the sink is in the bad room… So it’s not very pleasant for you and for the person that you are sharing the room…. The view is stunning.

I arrived about Dinner Time.. It was on Top of a Hill. So When They Call the Hotel Schönes Aussicht!!! You can Believe that it is Indeed a Hotel with An Absolutely Amazing View... the Restaurant were due to Covert-19 regulations only open for Breakfast. But there is Multiple restaurants just a block away that do Takeout! Staff was ServiceMinded at check in. The Room was Comfortably furnished... there had Not been Spared a cent on furniture! I am a Severely Hyperactive Man!! Meaning working 120 hours a week is More the Rule than The exception! So you can imagine I do not sleep much! When I get 4 hours of sleep in one Night I feel Lucky! This Madras on The bed was like Sleeping in a Cloud of warm air! Definitely a high priced madras! It had me dreaming for 7 full hours!!! As Such the Longest sleep I had in 2021. This was April 1. To April 2.... simply Amazing! I felt so Good when I woke next morning. More rested than Ever Before!! I was Very Impressed!!! My room was turned straight West so had the Sunset over Frankfurt straight from my window!!! Complimentary Coffee in The Room Was Espresso! Not that instant stuff you would expect taking the price of the stay into consideration!!! Complimentary sparkling water!! The Breakfast was A gourmet Experience.. was served 2 kinds of Eggs. Pancakes with honey several kinds of cheese with different kinds of bread! Danish bread and French bread. a bowl of fruit! And 2 kinds of fresh Juice! 2 tripple machiattos. +meat I don’t even Eat!

Was my second time here. Came back because the first time was amazing. The big issue was that the bathroom smelled terrible. I told the front desk, but they said they could do nothing about the issue. I will come back in the future, but i will immediately turn down any room that smells the way this one did.

Was an excellent hotel. Room was nice and clean, only complaint is the bathroom was a little to small. The view from the hotel was amazing and the hotel has nice restaurants and stores nearby. Parking was nice and had a lot of room. I recommend this hotel.

This was a really nice hotel. The room was amazing. Very comfortable and modern. Beautiful view from our room as well. Would definitely book this hotel again

very nice stay and the price is great for such a nice room. The only negative point is that our room is on the 3rd floor without a lift!

Great gem of a hotel with great amenities and wonderful view from huge terrace. Lots of nice space for hotel guests on roof garden as well. Hotel lunch is extraordinary value! Great shower and nice beds! I’ve stayed there three years in a row. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. The place is a very nice mix of old and modern and the view from the restaurant cannot be beaten. Will definitely sty again given the chance

A nice hotel with gorgeous views, but nothing much around it. It seems that it's being slowly refurbished, as we stayed in a room where the furniture still smelled of new. The layout of the room is interesting, especially the bathroom, with a curtain that opens to the shower (!!). On one of the days we stayed in, there was a wedding which was quite loud up until at least midnight. The music could be heard in the room, but not loud enough to keep us awake, as we were quite tired. Overall, a nice little hotel with great views.

We arrived very early in the morning. Slept about 3-4 hours. The parking space is what is available on the street near the hotel.
