Never coming here again. The chubby security has no respect. Came in at 3pm to check in an left to enjoy mexico. Came back at 8pm and there was no parking lot. So i moved a cone that was taking up a space to park my truck and they made me move. Disrespectful hotel. I got my stuff from the hotel and checked out. Just booked another place terrible customer service do not stay here

Over all everything was very good!

Pleasant hotel. My only complaint was that the sheets seemed a bit worn. The room was decent for a quick overnight stay. Plenty of secure parking and close to the Caliente stadium/casino.

I've stayed at this location multiple times ,keep coming back its a nice hotel but the Staff is rude . Its alway a bad experience talking to th e receptionist seems his always in a bad mood or he takes his role as a receptionist as he was the owner him self . This would be the last time staying at this hotel .
