HOTEL OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE REASON FOR THE 4/5 STARS IS JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS I DISLIKED. FOR ONE THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT AND THERE IS NO AC OR EVEN A FAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT A VERY HOT CITY BUT DURING THE DAY THE ROOM WAS HOT. ALSO THE INTERNET SUCKS. I NEEDED TO WORK AND THE WIFI WOULD NOT REACH MY ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. THE RESTAURANTS FOOD HAD REALLY GOOD FLAVOR BUT THE WAITERS ARE A BIT SLOW IN TERMS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST 4 OF THEM AND ONLY 3 TABLES TO SERVE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. I ATE THERE 4 TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FOOD WAS COLD.

Room wa a lean and they would come in everyday to make the beds and restock with water bottles. The staff was super nice and helpful and the staff in the restaurant were amazing super attentive and nice

Amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was excellent too. I had a minor issue with my television not turning on but it was fixed by staff immediately. My only complaint is that I believe a maid stole some of my friend's souvenirs. Long story.

Todo muy bien pero no es cierto lo de la alberca climatizada. Nos prometieron que iban a prender la caldera y nunca se calentó el agua de la alberca. Esa sí fue una situación incómoda ya que estuvimos esperando casi una hora y ni se tomaron la molestia de pedirnos una disculpa por la espera.

Service and care of the employees is amazing. It’s not a luxurious Hotel, but service and Food makes a Big difference. I’ll be back for my next business. Thank you

El hotel es muy acorde al pueblo de Apizaco, tranquilo, descansas muy bien , comida rica, lástima que tuvieron el detalle de la alberca en reparación pero fue por causas de fuerza mayor

Estacionamiento auxiliar difícil, tienen eventos en sus salones qué limitan estacionamiento, desayuno buffet es bueno, pero desayuno continental es nada..
