Overall happy with the room. AC and hot water worked well, fantastic service from housekeeping staff helping out with TV setup. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during my stay and my room is on the 3rd floor.

Nice suite room with promised facilities. The staff are warm and accommodating.

Very clean; worth the money; friendly staff; overall stay was awesome!

The room looked exactly like the pictures - clean, comfy and smells good. All of the staff even the security guards are accommodating and helpful. The hotel is strategically located in the city proper. We love our stay here. :)

Our stay experience was so good. The room was very clean, nice, and all room amenities are comfortable. Food was really really good and affordable! Will surely go back to harbor on my next travel to Iloilo. Staff are all very pleasant!

Stayed for a night only. The room was clean, perfect location, near some establishments, shops. 30mins away from the airport. Wifi is working for 3 cellphone. Fast connection. The bathroom was clean. The receptionists were so nice as well.

Stayed at their junior suite room and it was spacious, had enough seats to accommodate visiting friends, and staff were all courteous, kind, helpful, and cheerful. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile upon recognizing I was a returning (happy) hotel guest. Thank you so much for your superb service, Harbpr Town Hotel staff!🤗 The air conditioner worked perfectly, too. So did all the lights and faucet, shower and toilet bowl flusher🤗. The resto had provided us good, hearty breakfasts and other meals we had requested, too. Staff there were also superb and pros. Thank you to these kind people.😍 My only request for the management to improve on perhaps would be to change the bedding completely for arriving guests. Pillow cases and I suppose the blanket were fresh but all pillows really smelled like they've been used for so many years without being washed. Same goes to the comforter. It really smelled like I was sleeping with somebody who didn't take a bath for a week.😖 Save for that, I'd be happy to stay here again on my next trip to Iloilo.

I had no trouble sleeping as the bed feels comfortable and the room has quite exceeded my expectations. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Iloilo!

location, service and cleanliness are all good. it would be better if they provide 2 pillows though. they only provide 1 pillow and its too thin.
