Clean, strategic, friendly service

Nice hotel but a bit outdated.

When we checked out, we brought two children. It turned out they asked for an additional child at breakfast. My child is still in kindergarten, right?

Every time I staycation, the first thing I notice is the bathroom. And this hotel takes great care to keep every corner of the bathroom clean. Not only the bathroom, but every corner of the room and the entire hotel area are also clean and fragrant. The hotel's design is modern, the location is strategic, and the facilities are complete, especially the door that provides direct access to the mall. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth a staycation in Madiun.

I stayed one night at the Sun Hotel Madiun because my cousin's wedding was there. The service from the hotel staff was very satisfying. Everyone was friendly, especially at breakfast, which was delicious. This was my first time in Madiun, and I'll likely return to explore the city again.

So far so good. Security is okay, bellboys are okay, only one receptionist was less polished, when I checked in.🥴

The electronic door to the room was broken and I couldn't get in. The room was dirty and the wifi was bad.

Strategic location near the mall so just get off

The service was great, I was allowed to check in early and there was no charge. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but otherwise the service was fine. The room was clean and had a connecting door directly to the mall next door. Since there's also a water park nearby, the kids won't get bored just sitting in their room.
