Localizacao otima, cama confortavel, chuveiro muito bom, porem a decoracao do quarto e' bem ruim e detalhes no quarto mostram sinais de muito uso sem a manutencao apropriada. O quarto nao e' nada aconchegante.

Overall, an acceptable hotel, but we missed a coffee machine, or an electric kettle. Also, there were several maintenance issues: the safe was broken, the bathroom door almost fell on me, and the entrance door was creaking.

Always love staying here when I’m in São Paulo. Close to everything and the facilities are A1.

The apartment was good, but for being advertised as a "flat" stay, it's missing a microwave in the room and utensils. Horrible for a family with kids, babies even worse, they don't have a crib. You have to sleep with your child in bed.

The hotel lobby was wonderful, breakfast was very good, and the staff was very courteous. However, the rooms were quite old — though clean. One downside was that the hotel doesn't offer late check-out, which impacted us significantly. Overall, the experience was good.

It was immaculate

The hotel was loud and the bathroom was really in bad condition and looked like there was mold everywhere in the tub. There was loud banging. It was fair for the price. The breakfast was good and location was excellent!

The staff at this property are not particularly friendly. When entering or exiting hotel, the front desk staff look at you as if you’re a homeless off the street. No hellos, no byes, just suspicious nasty look.
