I had an important zoom meeting and I requested that the internet connection be fixed. Nobody answered my request! Very disappointing service. And when I ask at the reception nobody knows or maybe not interested in helping the client. First and last time

Rooms are clean but old. The shower is not good. A lot of people at the reception are but no one really acknowledge you when you pass them. Elevator is slow. Breakfast is way below mediocre. No amenities. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The H4 La Residence Paulista was very nice. Just two blocks from the Consolacao station, the trains will take you all over the city and back. The rooms are spacious, and very well lit. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The room had a mini bar with water and snacks. The morning breakfast buffet was amazing as well, with lots to choose from. Overall, a very happy stay.

Overall it is a good place, but its pricy for what is offered. Also, there wifi was terrible, I couldnt even send an email from my room, or from the lobby, the connection was very poor.

Phone numbers listed inaccurate (Option 2) which made impossible to reach reception from outside. Ceiling light in room doesn’t turn off entirely.
