The room is spacious and clean. The staff ex and the free breakfast very good! Parking is good. No complaints. Definitely recommend.

Extremely clean, quiet, and private. Can't get any closer to downtown Xalapa. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel and you will be treated to an incredible view of the snow-covered Pico de Orizaba in the morning.

This is a great hotel and great location! The room was spotless and had a fantastic view of the mountains. I was impressed by the complimentary breakfast served daily.

Rooms were very clean, everything was walking distance and the service was very good. I would recommend t to anyone, we will for sure stay there again. Thank you!

There was a breakfast buffet. Last time I was here about 6 years ago the breakfast was excellent. This time it was average at best.

Excellent location. Very walkable. Was it a 5 star hotel? No but the staff was super helpful and nice. No face towels and the towels were a little frayed but clean. I made a few requests and they were accomodated quickly & efficiently. We skipped the buffet breakfast for Hosteria de Candela which is affiliated with the hotel. We could charge our meal to the room. Pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel in an exceptional walkable location. Breakfast was included too. There are plenty of options nearby as far as shops, restaurants, attractions.

There is no pool and hallways seem very dark

The hotel was clean ans staff was so nice. Hotel is also close to shopping and dining options. Highly recommended.
