This place was excellent, room, staff, spa, services. I recommend this hotel.

Very clean and great staff. Not much of variety when it comes to breakfast and sidewalk outside of property in total disrepair.

Outstanding dinner in restaurant both nights. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfasts had lots of options was only good.

I usually never review my stayings. But I urge to do so. I never felt as privileged as before in my life before :) airport service was fantastic. The staff are unbelievably kind and nice. I don’t even want to talk about facility. All was perfect.

Really friendly staff, such a lovely hotel, what a bargain price. Topped off by the free airport transfer in their maybach limo.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with well trained, engaged staff. The restaurant is quite wonderful, the two meals I ate there really impressed me. And the waiters were very attentive and well presented. The other spaces I used were the gym, lobby, my room and the terrace. All met five star expectations. The only aspect that could be improved and brought to the same standard as the rest of the experience is the breakfast buffet which was not very abundant and not 5 star quality. BUT That said- over all I really liked it and would visit again.

I love the service. The food could be better.

The free breakfast was horrible! Food was old, just heated, nothing fresh! Food hair in the bacon. For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast needs to be much better. A lot of the amenities from previous years have been taken out. The room needs a renovation, old furniture, used, out-dated. The shower water was warm not hot. Not what I remember Pleiada to be. The room prices have gone up, but the service has gone down!

Very nice and modern property. Excellent rooms and SPA. Great coffee machines in the rooms. Breakfast limited, however sufficient to start the day.
