I had an overall okay stay, but the main issue was the noise. The walls weren’t soundproof, so I could clearly hear sounds from the hallway and nearby rooms, which made it hard to rest. The room itself was clean and the staff were nice, but the noise level really affected the experience. It’s an average stay — decent, but could be much better with improved sound insulation.

I have had the opportunity to use this service many times and have been impressed every time I have used it. The staff provides good service and the rooms are clean. It is close to tourist attractions and Impact, just 5 minutes away. There is a shuttle service to nearby areas. 😊

The receptionist at the lobby should improve their service mindset, the bedroom has mosquitoes, the bed legs are not the same size and float on the floor, causing the bed to shake, the bathroom wet zone is very narrow, I repeat, very narrow, good thing is that there is a Bluetooth speaker, I like it very much, good price, near Impact.

Used the service for the 2nd time already. The service staff is very good. There is a shuttle to deliver to nearby locations. The accommodation is close to Impact and food sources. The room is clean, the air conditioner is very cold. There is definitely a chance to go back again. 🫶🏻💓

The front desk staff are very good and lovely. The rooms are very good, the mattresses are comfortable, the rooms are clean and close to IMPACT, suitable for concertgoers. And what I like most is that the accommodation has a free van service to take you to IMPACT.

I really don't like this place. Remote and no lift, and no staff helping me but my self carry my big suitcase go upstairs. Room issues very small. It's not worth the money at all.

Very pleasant. His staff is very helpful. There are free drinks that we can take and there are massage chairs. Oh, I have left my stuff behind. Can it be saved? Until later I ask someone to take it to the hotel? Thank you

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กไม่เก็บเสียง ด้านนอกเดินผ่านหรือทำอะไรได้ยินชัดเจน แต่สะอาดค่ะ ไม่มีลิฟท์บันไดชันมาก ถ้ากระเป๋าหนักถือขึ้นลำบากค่ะ ฝักบัวน้ำไหลเบา แต่รวมๆโอเคดีค่ะ
