Great staff really helpful. Rooms lovely and airy with a balcony. Breakfast was good and SPA was lovely too!

Heating/aircon was hit or miss. 2 rooms 1 worked 1 didnt. 1hairdryer broken

Breakfast - amazing variety of hot and cold food. Hotel and room very clean. Staff very helpful. Choice of 2 places to eat for dinner in hotel. Great leisure facilities.

The hotel is well over priced for what you get room was clean but one water for 2 people coffee tea average 3 biscuits for 2 people but stingy swimming pool was freezing decor needs updating hot tub only warm kids were getting in no supervision from any staff members.restaurant busy so if you are not wanting to eat your left standing waiting for a table breakfast basic no scones or a lot of variety. Drinks in bar substand I had to change a drink as it was flat.all that Sayed it for me was the singer he was great and entertaining.would not recommend or return so disappointed for the high price paid for the room

Yes the room was very nice and clean. The staff were courteous. The breakfast was excellent. The evening menuu was disappointing and soup was served cold.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had some of our meals in the bar which was lovely and had a relaxed atmosphere. The spa was amazing and felt so relaxing definitely worth booking and going to, the staff in the spa were very friendly and the whole atmosphere was great for the price.
