Great location and staff were welcoming on reception.

Very polite staff. Room was clean and convenient. The location across the church was great. Plenty of shops close by.

This is a nice hotel. It is very convenient for the city centre, but you get what you pay for. It was an economical choice and that shows. I stayed for two nights and that was fine. Longer, and I would have unhappy. It may have just been my room, but I would hear everyone else’s plumbing, whether that was shower at one in the morning, or a bath at five in the morning, hence, not much sleep. But overall, if you are looking for a cheap, city centre hotel, I would recommend this one.

We loved being in the old town, next to the bakery, with great views and welcoming staff. With a late check out and baggage storage it was so convenient.

Small rooms but functional for a short stay. Best spot to explore Lille by walk or public transportation. Friendly staff, clean and economical rates. Recommended.

Good value for money, due to very central situation. Only issue would be the luke warm coffee at breakfast each morning, possibly the breakfast trays are pre-prepared earlier than the booked time?

Really pleasant staff, friendly welcome, smart and clean (our room on 1st floor seemed to have had a recent revamp, totally new bathroom). Hotel has character, great location too. They did their absolute best to compensate for lack of airco with fans and anti mosquito plug-in, etc! No view unfortunately, just a wall.

Short stay, great location in old town centre, really friendly staff and old building has lots of character, love the lift!

I would highly recommend this property. I had gotten stuck at the train station (and had a very bad day) and booked the hotel late at night. When I got there the man behind the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He offered me a room upgrade and the bed was so so comfy after a long day. The room was beautiful with nice art and detailing (wall paper, bathroom tile and fixtures). Additionally, I needed a toothbrush (because my bag was lost on a bus) and some band aids for blisters on my feet and they provided them kindly. The following day they let me work from the breakfast room on my laptop so I could enjoy the lovely views of the Cathedral across the street. Needless to say this hotel was the best part of my journey.

Hotel was reasonable for cost, good location, but bathroom far too small and noisey with doors banging and people chatting!

Would happily stay here again. Clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price. Also very central and close to the train stations.
