location near many attractions. and ayam madu wak ali bawah tu je. room selasa, water heater is nice too. it's just a little hard to carry bags up to the room because of the stairs. but if you want a beautiful view, it's like that.. For the view, because we checked in late plus it was raining at that time, so it was foggy. In the morning, checkout is early at 8am, still foggy.. For breakfast, they give it in the form of ala carte. You have to choose one day before what you want to eat. For variety it's still ok. For those who are not satisfied, once you submit the paper what you want to eat, the waiting time to get food is quite long. almost 1 hour. But, overall it's very comfortable to stay at this hotel. The environment and scenery are beautiful.

Perfect place to stay with our little family. The mountain view can be seen in our room. The parking lot for our car just below from our room. It's really perfect because we need to carried and move so many things from car to room. Our baby can go to balcony for play and enjoy the pine panorama.

Check in time should be at 2pm but we were told that our room was not ready due to late checkout by other guest before that. We needed to wait for 1 1/2 hours to get into the room 🤦🏻‍♀️ the room was not really clean. Spider webs everywhere with insects trapped on the webs 🤦🏻‍♀️ the bed was hard

I love this place so much. the view, the landscape, the room, the facilities, the restaurant and everything. the staffs are helpful the places are sparkling clean. the foods are delicious. this place have everything I needs. I definitely will come again.

Magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu from this resort. Staff are friendly. Very well maintained resort. Food is reasonable price. Our 3rd visit to kundasang, but this is the best experience ever. Room is spacious, fully carpet, heater well function. We really enjoyed our stay!congratulation to kinabalu pine resort and team!

We requested for the best mountain view and we got it! Really enjoyed our stay here especially our kids. Surely will be visiting here again for our next trip.
