Clean room, staff, great breakfast, great views

Excellent choice

It was a nice, clean, and quiet hotel for a quick layover. I enjoyed the amenities, the room service was a plus. it also had a great a great city view and a restaurant in the hotel. I enjoyed it, I would recommend.

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Todo fue excelente desde el servicio, las vistas y las instalaciones. Lo único que podría dejar como observación es que la mampara de los baños es muy transparente y no me hospedaba en pareja si no con mi hermano así que fue un tanto incómodo. De ahí todo un 10/10

Great location and amenities

The hotel was ok, clean and comfortable but when we booked it we saw they have a rooftop and when we asked they say it was only for events. Then we wanted to use the pool but it was indoors which it wasn’t mentioned on the website. The best was the breakfast buffet.

Dinner took 2hrs to get served

I expected the property to be more luxurious giving the 4 star rating and would give it a 3 star in that area. The rooms were spacious but not luxurious. Breakfast was sufficient and the welcome drinks were great.

We visit Panama, Panama City from Texas Dallas, and state here at the hotel with one of the most best breakfast. The hotel was very nice. The room shower had was amongst the best rain showers I’ve ever experience. See photos of my room view of the city from the 20th floor.

Everything was amazing but the Spa was closed every day.
