This Hotel. is a great Hotel for whom has a need to be in the downtown location. Many restaurants and activities around it. The Hotel itself is well designed, kept in good shape. Has a nice pool and restaurant and outdoor space for a relaxing time with drinks etc. Overall a good place.

Breakfast was nothing to rush to, powdered eggs…yikes. Me and other guest had to repeatedly call the front desk for things we needed. Elevator was confusing

The hotel was breath taking the view was beautiful and the staff friendly. I liked the fact that they did not serve the same thing for breakfast everyday

Breakfast menu was very good, my favorite meal was the súper sweet fruit’s they had have daily!!!

Amazing stay. Only thing I felt was over priced was the New Year’s party. As guest we should have been given a better price but other than that it was a great stay.

Great location, but significant air quality issues ​While there were highlights to our stay, we were ultimately disappointed due to issues that affected our health and comfort. ​The Positives: The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal and made getting around Panama City very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was very good with a great selection of high-quality options. ​The Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of our room was a major concern. Upon entering, we noticed a persistent musty smell. During our stay, both my husband and I became very congested, and he eventually developed a nasty cough. ​When we investigated the source of the discomfort, we found that the air conditioning vent was extremely dirty and appeared to have no filter. This lack of maintenance also meant the room never cooled down properly, making for uncomfortable nights. ​To make matters worse, we reached out to the property via Expedia to address these concerns while we were there, but we never received a response. ​For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much better maintenance and basic communication. We likely won't be returning due to the impact this had on our health during the trip.

I loved the hotel and staff!

Everything was superb! Staff was super attentive, professional, friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything was excellent and most importantly clean.

Breakfast was incredible and the staff was so kind and helpful!

No hot water in the shower and sink on the first day. Mold around the shower. Restricted toiletry items. The TV remote has two fonctions turning it on and turning it off. No access to a pen, a scrap of paper and any information about places to visit, restaurants and others. What to see on the web is not what you get . How can a hotel like be rated four stars?

Nice from outsite but needs renovations in the toilets

Properly for the most part is very good. It’s under construction right now. I don’t know if it’s regular maintenance repairs or something else parking garage can be quite busy but overall everybody is friendly.
