First of all the location is excellent however I do recommend taking a taxi from the train station as it is quite the walk with luggages. Secondly there are a lot of stairs with no lift going to the registration/front desk. You have to climb the stairs dragging your suitcase with you. After check in there are more stairs. There is a lift but only covers part of the hotel rooms. Depending on where you room will be located you might need to go up 6 more stair steps to get to you room. That said the rooms are beautifully redone. Very classy. Bathrooms are old style marble with traditional bidet. Amenities such as free water, tea, coffee and kettle with a stocked minibar/refrigerator. Some folks like the refrigerator because often people travel with medication that needs refrigeration. Other than the stairs everything was amazing. I would definitely stay here again but maybe with less luggage. Loved the extensive buffet breakfast and the ladies in the front of the house. All of them!

Great location in the town center. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a couple blocks away. The only downside is that it can be very noisy at night, at least on weekends, so ask for an interior room.

Great location, nice room, and although there is an elevator you need to navigate 20+ stairs to get to it. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Unfortunately our a/c stopped working on the last night and it was extremely uncomfortable!

Right in the centre of Pamplona. A lovely hotel with even lovelier staff (Suzanne). There are stairs to get to lobby but they are very willing to help with your luggage. Suzanne walked me out too show where parking was as she was afraid we’d get a ticket.

This hotel is in a VERY noisy area, right amongst all the bars that carry on until daylight, every day! Given the noise had to keep window closed, had to ask for air conditioner to be switched on as the keep them off, presumably to save power. The fron desk has aircon controllers. Every night I woke to a very stuffy and hot room because the aircon had been turned off! Every day I asked for it to be turned back on, which they did begrudgingly, only to wake again with it off. Due to my requests the front desk lady took exception and gave me stink eye every time I passed the desk. The room was the tiniest I have ever seen and the dated bathroom was mouldy with a tiny shower over a slippery bath. Sorry guys you’ve got to think about the customer rather than saving 20 centsvof power. Your establishment is getting old and tired, one particular staff member should move on and get a job she wants to be at.

Excellent location in the old town. Close to major sights, shopping and dining. Room was small, but exactly as advertised. Cleaning staff was very diligent and thorough, although they did start earlier in the morning.

Fantastic location in Pamplona. In fact my room overlooked Estafeta street where the running happens! Breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful. Easy walk to bus terminus. Don’t miss seeing The Monumento al Encierro (Bull Run Monument) which is a full-scale bronze sculpture designed by Bilbao sculptor Rafael Huerta that pays tribute to Pamplona’s famous running of the bulls. Visitors will find this distinctive work of art on Avenida Roncesvalles in Pamplona’s city center, just a stone’s throw from the bull ring. Located a few steps from the Plaza del Castillo, this attraction impresses and astounds with its realism. The iconic monument is made in cast bronze and measures 13 feet wide and 36 feet long. Convenient Burger King nearby.
