The staff were very nice, and the pool was so beautiful.

We enjoyed our 3D2N stay at Naman Resort, from check in till check out, everything was pleasant. They accommodated our request for early check in since our room is ready. The One Bedroom Bliss Sunlit Suite King have balcony facing full ocean view. The location is 20-30mins bike ride both to Da Nang or Hoi An, for us it's acceptable since we rented motorcycle to get around. We truly enjoyed our morning walk to the private beach, and the free bicycle to cycle around the resort. Special thanks to our ambassador Ms. Katie for checking up on us for all our needs & Ms. Hien Dang for the complimentary cake & fruit platter for our 10th wedding anniversary. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and we wished to come back again, thank you!

The staff who took care of me via Zalo were excellent. I will definitely visit again because I liked the service and the staff at Naman! Happy New Year ✨🎇🐎

The room is very nice, although I had a little problem when I checked in, the staff handled it immediately. My family had a relaxing time here.

Nice hotel but not so 5 star. They don't even provide plates. They try to be helpful but not much of a help 😂.

- Thang máy có mùi ẩm rất khó chịu. Dù mỗi sáng có người dọn nhưng chỉ được vài tiếng đồng hồ lại có mùi ẩm. - Mình có đặt BBQ buffet cho 2 người ở khu ngoài trời nhưng nhà hàng chỉ ghi nhận 1 và xếp vào khu khá nóng. Mình nói mấy lần thì được chuyển vô phòng máy lạnh. - Khu hải sản nướng khá đông khách, sức phục vụ không đáp ứng đủ. Suốt buổi tối đó mì h chỉ được đúng 1 con cá nướng loại nhỏ và 2 con sò điệp nướng. Còn lại là đồ có sẵn khác. Vé mỗi người là 800k. - Mình không cảm nhận được sự chuyên nghiệp của nhân viên ở đây. Toàn bộ kì nghỉ cira mình gần như bị hỏng và mình sẽ không bao giờ back lại đây.

The quality of the room, equipment, staff and accompanying services do not deserve 5 stars. If there is no swimming pool and the restaurant looks "fancy" perhaps only 3 stars for the apartment. The villa I did not live in, but built too densely compared to the Vin Spa I had just stayed in before. If I go next time, I definitely won't choose Naman. Only the price of the food is worthy of 5 stars - both high and low and average. The price is much higher than Vin Spa. Staff attitude to guests is also only 3-4 stars, far from 5 stars.

4 years back, I'm quite disappointed, the resort is quite old, the surrounding villa grounds have not been taken care of, the pool water is quite leafy, the pool water is dirty. The old floor has many stains, many mosquitoes.

Light switches in rooms designed mess, just entered the room not turn on the lights right, to the slaughterhouse until a new bed is turned on the main switch. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beautiful landscape design, great food.
