The private beach access was amazing. The overall make up of the villa was great. There is a boat rental/repair on the property that was noisy at times, but would only affect you if you planned on sleeping all day. The rooms would benefit from blackout blinds, on site cleaning supplies, and a better selection of kitchen appliances/cookware. The TV instructions didn't match the remote supplied, so if you wanted to watch a movie it would not allow you to open anything. I messaged the host several times through the chat function provided and never received a response, so that would be the only negative I had from our stay.

The cottages are equipped with everything you will need. The hosts are amazing! The cottages are close enough to everything, but far enough away that you feel like you’re out there by yourself! The cottages are only about a 5 minute drive into Georgetown. We would stay here again!

Villa is very clean, beds are comfortable. View is incredible Communication with the host could be improved (lack of reactivity) You can check-in early or check-out later with decent additional fees BBQ was not functionning but was repaired the day after Markets are 2km away

Overall, the property was conveniently located, quite, and peaceful. The private beach was a plus. Easy access to Georgetown, Little Exuma, grocery stores, and Browns Marina. My biggest suggestion is to move the sign on the street to the entrance of the property. The sign directs you to a horrible, horrible unpaved road that was difficult to drive! Please move the sign! A solid B property.

Family-friendly in every way, off the beaten path, quiet, secluded piece of AMAZING!! Had everything we needed, and right on the water, with a small "aquarium" that entertained my 10yr old for hours. I will stay here again, and again, and again!!

Loved our stay at Cottage Cut Villas! It had everything we needed, kitchen with supplies, the deck with amazing water access. Close to water taxi and grocery store, Hooper’s Bay. We definitely would stay here again! Highly recommend this property!!

Great location only five minutes to Georgetown. I would highly recommend that you stay here. They have a boat dock so you can dock your boat if you're renting from one of the agencies that lets you keep it overnight. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but honestly, not bad. The property is located on a beautiful calm beach. It has everything you'll need to spend a few days or longer. The owners are incredibly nice just like everyone else on the island. Book this place and don't look back!

we stayed at house #2 for 10 days,it couldn't have been better.the house is well maintained,well stocked with towels the kitchen has all you need for preparing meals,the location is exceptional,right on a beach with chairs and a hamac on the water.it has a brand new flat screen TV. The only complain would be that the internet is unreliable works most of the time but not all the time. you definitly need a car to stay there.

We love staying at Cottage Cut Villas. This was our second time in Exuma and both times we stayed here. Close to everything. The villa is large and very roomy great for families. There is a private beach that is quiet. The owner and property manager are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access and onsite parking and laundry.
