貸切風呂がとても良かった。朝食も豪華で美味しかったです。スタッフの方が皆さんいつも笑顔で対応してくれました。

My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable stay at Sarusawaike Yoshidaya in Nara. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. We were greeted by Takada, who immediately offered us a beverage and made us feel genuinely welcome. He went above and beyond for us throughout our stay, including calling multiple local restaurants to secure us a dinner reservation at a spot loved by locals. Special shout-out to Takada for his warmth, professionalism, and incredible service. He truly made our stay exceptional. After spending two weeks in Japan and staying at five different hotels, this was the one that truly stood out. The private onsen experience was amazing, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The sunset view of the pond from our room was absolutely unforgettable. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service this thoughtful and attentive in my life. We’ll be recommending Sarusawaike Yoshidaya to anyone visiting Nara.

The hotel and room where nice and spacious, but we got a room with shared toilet which was not clear before booking. They made up for it offering a compensation, but still USD 200 for a shared toilet room sounds excessive

This was a simply magnificent Hotel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the service was exceptional. The breakfast was superb and the roof top terrace amazing.

the location is very convenient. Staffs are really nice. Their dinner and breakfast are a must try.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location. Would stay here again. Breakfast was beautifully payed out. Very Japanese - some was yummy but not every dish was my taste. But that’s just different cultures. Overall a lovely stay.

観光地のど真ん中でロケーションは抜群です。 24時間無料サービス券を頂けるとのことで、チェックアウト後も駐車可能で、翌日は安心してならまち散策を満喫できました。 接客はみなさん素敵な笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださり、とても良い思い出になりました。 室内露天風呂から眺める猿沢池はとても良い景色で、頭寒足熱で最高の温泉気分。味わえました。 ありがとうございました！

일본의 호텔에서 기대하는 모든 것이 있는 호텔이었습니다. 직원들은 너무너무 친절했고, 조식도 정말 맛있었고 목욕탕도 정말 좋았습니다. 방은 좀 오래된 느낌이 있었지만 모든것이 깨끗하고 정돈되어있었어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요~~

部屋からの景色、スタッフ、料理など、全てが良かったです。

お食事がとても美味しくて お布団も気持ちよかったです 奈良マラソンに出るので朝ごはんをお弁当に していただき助かりました

清潔感のある広い部屋でゆっくり出来ました。スタッフの方は皆さん感じが良いですが、夜浴室に忘れ物をした際に届けてくださったスタッフさんには特に感謝しています。 奈良博に近いホテルで見つけたのですが、とても良い印象だったのでまた次に奈良で泊まるときは考えたいです。

大人旅には素晴らしいお宿だったと思います。観光地にありながら、落ち着いた雰囲気、立地も素晴らしく、お部屋も清潔で和洋室の作りで心地よく過ごせました。受付の皆さんのおもてなしのお気持ちが旅の疲れを癒してくださいました。

家族風呂があり、朝食も美味しく、適切な量で満足しました。 ゆっくりできました。

全般的に好印象をもてる宿でした。会話や案内もマニュアル感を感じさせずとても温かい印象でしたが、かと言って一線は画していてとても心地よかったです。部屋の浴室も貸切風呂も、他の共用スペースもシンプルで美しく保たれていてとても感じが良かったです。次回もまた宿泊したいです。

朝ごはんがおいしく、猿沢の池がみえるお部屋も宿の方々のホスピタリティもよかった。荷物をあずかっていただき、奈良国立博物館での国宝展をゆったりみることもできた。ありがとうございました。

悠閒的住宿環境，好吃的早；晚餐及親切的服務。

駅から近いし、部屋も広くてキレイ、スタッフの方の感じも良くて満足でした！気になったのはテレビのサイズが小さいのと、壁が薄いのか廊下の向こうの声や音が結構聞こえた事くらいです。
