Nice enough stay with a decent breakfast - although oddly only one high chair.

The hotel was centrally located, was easy to access, staff were friendly and always available. Our room was a good size and the beds fairly comfortable. Only negative point was the mattress would easily move from the bed.

Great budget hotel. Perfect location for the Zenith concert venue, 4 minutes walk. Easy walk to the historic centre and Eurostar. Plentiful breakfast. There is a small bar in the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Highly recommend.

The room was a bit run down and the beds kept slipping off the frame. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Ok location - everything was within a 15 minute walk

Lovely staff, clean room. Great service. The bathroom could do with a slight upgrade, but definitely a comfortable stay and a place I would recommend for others.

I actually did not stay in the hotel and will be seeking a refund from Expedia. It was not advertised as “shared bathroom” place. I felt like a homeless person in a shelter. Absolutely horrid experience.

The stay was ok … 10 minutes walk from centre. Rooms were basic but clean and ok. Most staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady on reception Saturday and Sunday, everything seemed too much trouble for her.

A good hotel with all you need for a short stay. Particularly useful for our trip to see the Tour de France as it went past the front door. However it is a little out of the way if you want to be in the very centre although right next door to the Zenith centre.

Decent hotel in a not especially nice location. The hotel does a good breakfast. Big room with excellent aircon, nice bathroom and good WiFi. Double bed was two singles pushed together, very comfy but it had separate mattress toppers which tended to move apart leaving a gap down the middle. Staff are helpful and everything is very keen. Location has good and bad points, its a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro, 10 minutes walk to Lille Flandres station and 15 to the city centre. But the area around the hotel is all offices some of which are disused and is unattractive although it feels safe. Overall the hotel is good value and I would stay here again but the location isn't great from a leisure travel point of view

Good location, no frills, does what it says on the tin

It's a clean but basic hotel and the room we got was spacious enough for me and my son. The previous year for Series Mania, I stayed in Hôtel Barrière Lille which is a more upscale experience but I find Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais more convenient. As a whole my son and I had a good stay but wished there could be more amenities like a fridge or a kettle.

Great location and price but the single bed was very narrow. Lucky I’m slim as I’d have fallen out otherwise

Ideal spot for a couple of days in Lille (grandparents and a teenager) Room nice, spacious, good third bed. Decent shower etc. Hotel staff helpful and friendly, luggage storage etc. Nice bar, very good breakfast buffet. All round a good stay, easy to walk to the older parts of the city to explore, easy to get to restaurants.
