We had a fabulous holiday. We arrived early and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful with checking us into our room. The room was on the top floor,spacious and clean. We went to the restaurant the staff are very polite and helpful, the food good quality and enjoyable. Later we went to sit by the pool and enjoy the relaxing, peace and quiet. The pool is a good size . Well done to all the staff for making our short break an enjoyable one.

All was good until I had a broken fish hook inside my mouth, then stuck in my lip from the food at dinner. My wife removed it and call dining Management, he looked shock and left and did not return until I went looking for him.. Then asked to speak with the hotel manager only to be told they had gone home, I left my room number and note to contact me soon as possible in the morning. This never happened and when I approached them she was shocked and still nothing done, they left me sitting for hours until the point I left the hotel with nothing more than my lip swollen and cut. An absolute disaster and disgrace on all fronts of management.. I’m British and my Wife Turkish so this isn’t something mixture of not understanding culture.. I want some form of compensation and and an apology would be nice.

Clean and beautiful

Arrived early and waited till 2pm to be told that there was problem with the plumbing and they tried to help by relocating us to a nearby hotel, which was not of the standard of the hotel we booked.

It’s an acceptable hotel with a nice pool. The staff were friendly. There is a loud bar very near the hotel which was noisy until late.

After paying a non-refundable booking fee which clearly stated All Inclusive, at check in we were informed that we would only receive the dinner the evening of check in as all inclusive, and the remaining 4 days would be breakfast only due to the high season coming to an end. It was very disappointing and unfair. The coffee bar charged $7 per cup of coffee (what should have been all inclusive) We felt like it was a complete rip off. The staff was ready to be done and grounds, and overall service as a result was very poor.

The location is excellent. But I would charges a bit more and improve the variety and quality of food.

Rooms are standard bad enough for one or two persons. Many options to explore the area such as. Datca, Dalyan, OLudeniz.. highly recommended

This hotel is not oceanfront and has a weird layout In order to get to the beach, you'd need to walk through the restaurant. The ocean water at this part of the bay was dark and/or cloudy-don't know why, but closer to Marmaris side of the bay seemed crystal clear, around the public beach area and onwards. The service and food was very good, hard working staff. The reception team is questionable, I booked through Expedia with a feature 'late check out no extra fee", emailed the hotel asking for the details, never got response and got 2 different answers face to face. Kind of dissappointing to see the Elite Hotel group left he reception badl managed. Overall, we would not return or recommend.

The hotel didn’t offer any blanket or if you had to iron your clothes … there was not any iron available in hotel … the room and bathroom are so tiny for two people

Very good Hotel with Nice stuff .

For a quick getaway and cheap holiday it was ok. Staff were excellent, I’m glad I didn’t pay what other guests paid, I got what I paid for.

We couldn't sleep the first night of our 2 day planned stay because of the very loud noise coming from the dance bars across a narrow street from our room. It was late and the staff told us to wait until the morning to change rooms. We decided to leave next morning and change hotels because we were not sure changing rooms will make much difference. We asked the manager to charge us only one night because we are not staying for the second night. He asked us to call Expedia which we did. Expedia talked to the manager and requested the cancellation of the second night. The manager later told me he would only refund the second night if I gave his hotel a positive review! I thought that was blackmailing but i told him I don't normally leave reviews since I don't have time for that. We left with the understanding that if I don't say anything bad about the hotel he would refund the second night that we did not use. He was lying. What a dishonest management.

The hotel was very good, the food was excellent, special thanks to the chefs. Everything was good except the girl belongs to the nail saloon she was so rude.

got bed bugs stuck in all my clothes from their beds :)
