Excellent, very clean, good location,

Quiet location right on the beach. Swimming pool didn’t appear to be cleaned for the 6 days we were there, stayed half board but arrived late evening and left early in the morning missing 2 meals unfortunately the hotel make no provision for you if this happens so we missed a whole day of food!! I did email the hotel if they arranged cold food for the evening and a packed lunch instead of breakfast but they didn’t get back to me.

The reception staff were great. The restaurant staff not so - so unfriendly and miserable. Bar staff ok. Food ok but never warm - egg station great at breakfast. Entertainment just one night out of seven and that was Spanish. Tv in room no English channels - we had very bad weather and spent so much time in room with just CNN. SHOULD NOT BE 4 star

The hotel is close to the industrial area

The worst place we've stayed during our trip. 1. It was incredibly noisy. Our balcony overlooked a row of working air conditioners, and loud music from nearby bars blared until 2 AM. 2. While the bed sheets were clean, the extra blanket was stained and dirty. 3. They claim they have a parking, but they don't. You can find a spot several blocks away if you're lucky. 4. To top it off, we left a jacket behind, and the staff never responded to our requests to return it, effectively stealing it.

Nice place

We arrived late in the evening so it was hard to find parking near the hotel. We only stayed one night, but the breakfast was good and was right on the beach.

GREAT LOCATION

This is a very nice hotel - clean, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast (included) was good. The location is beach-side, so could not be more convenient for that, with a very nice, long promenade to walk along, with many dining and drinking options actually on the beach. I only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. Parking is an issue if you have a car, as you must park on the street (free) and the area is VERY popular (at least in mid-July).

Lovely hotel on the beach, nice, clean room with partial sea view. Staff friendly. Wi-Fi terrible. Food okay, could be warmer though. 8pm dinner time too late for us, would prefer if they opened earlier. Free car park right next to the hotel and free street parking if car park full

We arrived at said hotel to find it closed for renovations. No email to tell us this in advance. We was on a transatlantic cruise so unable to phone 24hrs in advance. The hotel has been closed for months but still took our booking. We was rebooked at a sister hotel which turned out ok but was further from town which ended up costing us more to get around etc. I’ll leave it at that.

Yes is close to the beach but that's all. And the beach was not so good also. The most uncomfortable was the bed . Small and no pillows was very bad sleeping days. Im not recommended this hotel to anybody's.

Was fabulous experience Hotel need regular training programme for staff.

We stayed for three days on a half board basis. The room was available at midday which was great. Food, staff and room were very good. The public car park is next to the hotel and the the local council were not charging for it's use.

Très bon hôtel, peut-être sur la vue à gauche côté mer ou il y a un centre pétrolier mais qui est relativement loin quand même.

Ottimo hotel, posizione perfetta e tranquilla. Visitato in agosto è stato veramente un fantastico soggiorno. La cucina è buona, non ottima ma si mangia comunque bene. Ogni sera fanno una cena con un tema differente come ad esempio cucina messicana, asiatica, italiana, di gala ecc. Il personale disponibile e molto gentile, soprattutto la ragazza in reception e il ragazzo che sta all'ingresso della sala della cena. Sappiate che l'hotel non ha un suo parcheggio, c'è solo un parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi (nel weekend sempre pieno) altrimenti si paga ovunque. Ma devo dire che non è stato assolutamente un problema. La pulizia della camera è buona, ma bisogna migliorare ancora perché un po' di peli e capelli sono stati trovati. Infine consiglio a tutti questo hotel, perché ha ottimi servizi, manca solo la palestra ma tutta la passeggiata sul mare ha attrezzi dove allenarsi gratuitamente.

Hôtel très beau avec un personnel accueillant et bilingue, ce qui est essentiel quand on parle pas la langue. Le personnel est toujours disponible et très à l’écoute à toutes demandes. Je recommande 10000 fois cet hôtel
