Central location and free parking. Only has one air conditioner in the living room and none in the bedroom…not ideal on a hot day/ night.

Location was excellent...but because the apartment is right in the heart of things, don't expect to sleep until 1am.. Also, i was disappointed that the washing machine was not in the apartment but on the outside rooftop. One of the reasons i booked this apartment was for the washing machine...we ended up doing laundry in a laundrymat. The machine on the roof top terrace was not very clean. Very close to the beach, castle ,rambla, tram. Etc.

This apartment was perfect for me. A place to shower and sleep after a long day out. Was a little noisy at night but then you are in a city so to be expected. You have to go to another hotel first to collect the key. But that was easy enough.

Great location But check in very confusing. As found by other guests I spoke to. Plus No one answered the phone number that’s provided. Also no response from e mail sent Apartment very good & a excellent location

Fantastic little place, very central. There is obviously some wear on furnishings but you can't complain when it's so reasonably priced. There was a bit of noise in the morning from street sweeper but it just made sure we were up in time for our return flight.

Great check in experience. Driving access granted in restricted part of the city. Easy check out as well. Nice apartment with one bedroom and sofa-bed. Son said sofa-bed not very comfy, but what sofa-bed is?!

The condition of the apartment was not good enough, bed was terrible, heating system was not enough for the size of the apartment, hot water for the shower was not enough for 2 people and the supposed “washer/dryer” are almost non existent. 2 very very old machines that did not work properly on the roof of the building is not even close to the availability you expect to find when you get one apartment with proper washer and dryer. The only reason I chose these apartments was the washer machine and they did not work. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Apartment 1B, very noisy at night and especially first thing, from 6am. Weekend worst with late opening hours. People screeching at 1am .... didn't get much sleep. Apartment OK, no problem there. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop staff rude, didn't go back.

Amazing accommodation! Modern, clean and close to all the attractions. Located in the old town, close to the centre, harbour and beach. I stayed here with my daughter. There was a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Both comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space, bedroom could do with a mirror though, the only mirror is in the bathroom. Iron and ironing board kept in wardrobe. Kitchen has everything you’d need including coffee maker, microwave and toasted sandwich maker! Even had washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and tea towel. Bathroom is very clean and 2 toilet rolls provided, also hair and body wash dispenser, 2 soaps and lots of towels and cupboard under the sink. Also hairdryer in the bathroom. Lots of power points around the apartment. Only downside is the noise from the street below but having said that I would definitely stay there again it’s central, clean and we felt safe there.

Great property in a great location

Amazing moddern appartment. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and a oven. Loved the view overlooking the restaurants and could feel the good city vibes and sounds. Very central to lots of tapas restaurants. Not far to supermarkets and the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even Happy to photocopy passport, arrange taxis etc

Really nice apartment, everything we needed in a great location. Very clean and safe. Road was a bit noisy during the night, but that is the majority of Alicante! Would visit again 100%.

We had an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean, had all that we needed. Its right in the city and walking distance to the beach.

Check in staff very friendly. Let us have a free breakfast at there sister hotel because it was my birthday. Apartment cleaned every 4 days. Great location. 5 mins to promenade. Restaurants and transport within minutes. 5 min from the airport bus stop. We got the apartment we had asked for when booking. This was our 3rd stay in this apartment block. We could check-in very late without charge and could leave our bags because we had a late flight back.
