My Points

Proper hotel, nearby restaurants/7-11. The sea is 5 min walk. Scooter rental available 250B/day, also transport and tours possible. Not directly in the center, but that is no problem when you rent a scooter.

Excellent only on bed a bit dirty because of sand or something 

Clean room owner is very friendly. Cheap and good to deal with this pressure.
