The staff in reception were very nice. For us the room was very below standard for the price that we paid. We only had one pillow each to sleep on and there were no extras in the room. No beverage making facilities in the room. There was a hot drinks machine downstairs but it was dkk 35 each. There was also no phone in the room to call for reception etc and the mattress on the bed was very thin. So overall the hotel we thought was not worth the money spent to stay.

The staff were so friendly. They let us check in early as we’re really tired from our flight and needed a nap and they upgraded us to a bigger room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in the centre of Roskilde, restaurant/pub at the front of the hotel on the main shopping street. Decent food. No facilities in the room (kettle) That was the only downside.

Lovely hotel, clean and right in the city center. Light breakfast option available. Unfortunately, just stairs, no elevator to the third floor rooms. Excellent staff was able to relocate us to the first floor.

The sitting bathtub was treacherous

Nice bathroom but place is in need of an update. Great location!!

All the staff were wonderful. The hotel is centrally located. You are right in the center and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Ask for room 103. Visit the Thanksgiving Gallery only minutes away for excellent local art.

The location cannot be beat -- it is easily walkable to area attractions and dining.
