The staff was very friendly, fast process check-in, comfortable stay

Overall the location & room is OK. Room 323 air cond noisy and room 312 the water heater is not hot but after complaining the reception manage to changed another room for us.

The room is comfortable and tidy, but the deposit is high at the time of check-in..for the night

How clean is the toilet? The front desk staff is very unfriendly. Digi's cellphone line keeps going out. Blhla to check in when other hotels are full.

Nice and clean place. The air conditioner is really cold.

The lobby and the areas outside the room look so grand and nice but when you get into your room it’s just so-so. Shower is nice but they have few tags around saying that if something spoil you’ll be charge for how much and so. Bed is thin and not so comfortable. Indoor shoes provided is too small.

Overall was above expected,will surely come back again if coming to BM

Sounds like an engine room next to my room. It should be some water movement and water pump sound going on and on. Apart from that everything else was good.

Overall the hotel is good. Only bad thing is the sound which I dunno from where. Like mobile phone vibration. Almost every 30 secs in day and night. I stay in room 309
