The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great.

Older property. Some sections renovated well, others not so much. The staff met were exceptionally professional and polite. Meals were mediocre but breakfast and dinner were included with the room fee. Facilities (bath areas) were not opened during times advertised on some days, they were open when tour groups were at the hotel (my stay was not part of a tour). Not a bad experience but not a great value for the price paid.

huge, old-school, noisy, package-tour oriented hotel. felt like a throw back to a bye-gone age. Average food served in shifts. (However, nice Balinese restaurant trainees made us feel welcome).

Hotel is old and run down, Their main focus is foreign tour groups, loud noisy and rooms very work out. Doors don't close flush - so loud guests can be heard, Walls very thin so can hear people talking next door.

Excellent location for exploring the area. Very spacious bedroom with stunning views though thr room was a little old-fashioned. The hotel has seen better days...it felt a little 'tired'...nevertheless I thotoughly enjoyed my stay.

We, family with kid, stayed at the hotel for 1 night in a spa room. The big hot tube was great to relax after some nice hiking. The location is good between Alishan and Sun Moon Lake. The staff has been incredibly helpful and with kindest service. We forgot something at the hotel and they were of enormous help to get it back to us.

從合歡山到塔塔加的中途休息站，訂房時加訂晚餐和早餐，當天房價不到$3000，卻有如此豐盛的晚餐和早餐，實在超乎預期的優惠。晚上八點到九點還提供宵夜，下次有機會再走訪一定會再去。

該飯店外籍員工認真工作，但非常懷疑該飯店是否壓榨外籍員工，在餐廳看到外籍員工，晚上的餘興節目也是外籍員工來宣導原住民文化。飯店有點歷史感，不能說乾淨整潔，

服務人員服務親切，會提早詢問用餐是否有素食人員，跟大約入住時間，晚餐早餐都豐盛，且服務人員服務親切，服務周到，泡湯設備齊全，值得一來再來。

環境舒適，服務佳

東埔地區大飯店，我們住頂級雙人房，房間設備有年代感，浴室洗澡排水設計不良，會導致洗手台下方地板一直濕濕的這點有些扣分，還有整晚流水聲不確定是山泉水還是有人洗澡的水聲，如果怕吵的可能不太好入眠，晚上餐點真的讓我們驚艷，早餐就普通。另外一提，晚上還有原住民舞蹈表演很歡樂，讓晚上無聊的人增添一點樂趣。

適中 餐點尚可 環境清幽

雖然是老飯店, 但維持的很好. 裸湯池非常不錯。唯一需要改進的是附含的晚餐, 蝦與雞明顯不新鮮。其他菜色也普普。 相比之下, 早餐好多了。

0403大地震過後來此住宿房客驟降 雖然是周六假日大眾池及5樓泡湯池6樓裸湯池幾乎都沒遊客 導致我一個人包場裸湯(超讚的！) 但也因此現場竟然沒有服務人員坐服務台詢問(像是無人服務的湯屋) 環境優美、空氣清新、遠離塵囂 適合喜愛大自然的人來此享受

房內整潔，床、被、枕皆乾淨， 衛浴水源充沛，窗外近望高聳山景。 入住晚餐選用餐時段，以各房一桌供應中餐。翌日早餐葷素皆有。

用餐人數集中時，夾取餐食動線距離建議拉大，避免人擠人。
