Thomas was excellent at check in and answering my queries before arrival and recommendations for getting from the airport

Good location but service is not reliable . It appears management is paying low salaries

The hotel is a little out the way, about 1.5 miles from the nearest Metro. However, it was VERY reasonable for Paris. Room was perfectly clean and seviceable. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Nice quiet hotel in a nice place. Lovely showers Only bad but was 1 plug socket that worked.

Excellent. Très propre et wifi stable permettant de travailler et faire des rencontres en ligne sans problème. Le petit déjeuner de style buffet en vaut vraiment la peine. Personnel courtois et aidant. Chambres petites (selon les standards nord-américains) mais rénovées, fonctionnelles et très propre. Peu de resto à proximité le soir quand le resto de l'hotel est fermé (les samedis et dimanches). Une petite marche pour se rendre à l'hotel à partir du train mais raisonnable. J'y retournerai à mon prochain séjour.

Hotel room was alright . Clean comfortable bed . But not much room to move around the Room .

Toilet water tank refill too slow. Others are fine.

Fantastic accommodations, friendly staff, public transportation was close and with multiple choices. Shopping market close by with excellent French style options.

Good price for a nice hotel in St Cloud. Large room with tv. A good breakfast bar was available for 13 euros. Nice friendly staff.

This wonderful hotel has the ideal location and with the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds, clean, safe, nice staff with a super location. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent.

The worse hotel I have ever stayed at, location and room is very depressing. No English channels on the TV, they charge extra for absolutely everything and it’s very pricey too. This hotel in my opinion is a very similar to a safe house which is required by a criminal. It’s that bad.

There was no coffee and we had a used cotton bud on the floor

Nice enough. Although they refused to give me a VAT receipt as I booked through here.
