The hotel only reopened after the massive flood hit the area. Even the lobby was submerged, and the lingering smell of the floodwaters lingered.

since 2018 to hatyai, this year come and stay same hotel. I reach hotel 9am++, i want put my luggage at hotel and later check in at 2pm, but the staff let me straight away check in and i surprised, the staff helpful and i let them keep my passport and no need put deposit. the room and toilet is big but need to bring toothbrush and toothpaste ourself. overall the hotel location is good, can walk to lee garden only 5 minutes.

The reception staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel is clean. The room is spacious. It is close to tourist attractions. It is easy to walk to buy food at night.

The room is good at Choi Loei, behind the famous Kao Tom Go Yao restaurant, the legendary shop, finish eating, walk up to the room and sleep comfortably.

This accommodation is very clean and comfort. The location close to Lee Gardens Plaza , Odean and minimarket like 7/11, easy to find local food, drink and snacks. This hotel is perfect for family and also a group of family for shopping and culinary. I will stay in this hotel again for the next trip in Hatyai.

I stay 2 nights. Spacious hotel room. But the sound of a diflush toilet sounded like it was interrupting sleep. The sound of people chatting from the next room was also clear. Iron is not available at the hotel. The staff at the door are very friendly.

I had an unpleasant experience during our check out. The receptionist in charge is impolite and rude. She accused me of opening up the mineral water in the fridge. The bottle is still full and is not open. She said the bottle is slightly open and asking me to pay for it. I told her it could be from the previous customer which they do not check the minibar everyday. I don't even open up the fridge to see whats inside. The bottle is only cost 20bath which is not costly. The problem is she behave terrible and a have a very bad customer service. Should not be working at front desk.
