The room is spacious but not very clean, the room is not cleaned every day.

No towels, no elevator and shower water is lacking.

There were lots of small cockroaches in the room. The window curtains smelled really bad, probably never washed.

The staff is friendly, it's a shame the hotel really needs maintenance, there are cockroaches, small animals, the room smells bad, the blankets and pillows are yellow.

I arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m. (late check-in), and there were no hotel staff on standby. They showed up at 7 a.m. (just woke up). The room was very dirty, with no towels or toilet paper... To make matters worse, I had requested a non-smoking room, and there were cigarette butts in the bathroom.

The location is good, there are lots of malls and places to eat

The price is cheap, only 300-400 thousand, so it's normal to have it as is... Enough for a few transits / 1 night. Continue to another hotel that costs more than 1 million. Really salute the staff at Alor Boutique Hotel.. Honest & kind. My nephew left one of his cellphones behind and he didn't realize it. It was found by the cleaning service. Then the receptionist asked if he had left his cellphone or not. After he was able to enter the cellphone password & check for a moment. The cellphone was returned.

Aircon Remote not working, TV Just Keep not working. Also didn't provide Tissue Staff service low

The staff are not all friendly, the hotel location is a bit difficult to find the first time, and the room is full of cockroaches/coro/insects.

The staff are not very friendly, there is no lift so you have to carry your suitcase to the 3rd floor, the room is dirty, cramped, noisy.

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked a standard room, but the AC was broken. The hotel immediately gave me a larger room. It's close to Alor, just a short walk from the Pavilion.

Thank you Alor Boutique Hotel, a budget-friendly hotel in a very strategic location. It's very easy to get everywhere, within walking distance, with plenty of eateries and convenience stores. I'll definitely be back next time 🙏

Cleanliness and wall paint need to be improved

The room was stuffy, there were lots of cockroaches, I stayed for 5 days and the sheets were never changed, there was a TV but it was just for display, haha, the location is good, close to Bukit Bintang

There are a lot of cockroaches in the room, the bathroom is very small and there is no soap and bottled drinking water is not available as it should be, the spread and towels are very dirty. and the cleaning staff are very rude and arrogant.

Good service, nice place, and really enjoy holiday in KL and stay in this hotel.
