The staff are all nice and polite, except for 1 staff (Mr. J) during check-in. Arrogant & very impolite. Not helpful at all. So far, staying here is very satisfying for those who use wheelchairs. Every day you can enjoy welcome drinks & snacks. MRT is only a 5-minute walk. You can cook, all cooking utensils are provided. Big refrigerator, there is also a microwave. Unfortunately, the room is not cleaned every day. It is a bit noisy because there is a basketball court next door. The swimming pool is good. Unfortunately, it was missed. Next time I will stay here often. Very happy. Satisfied.

Perfect. Spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for me to bring two elderly people and a small child. Complete bathroom amenities, with two toilets in one unit. But please, housekeeping shouldn't be limited to Fridays, because the room needs to be fixed in just one day. There are free coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Close to the MRT and buses. Lots of food around. Will definitely come back again.

The environment is not too crowded, quite quiet and nice to cycle around or exercise around the area. Close to MRT Station, close to McD and minimarket. Also across there are 2 Cafes to hang out for breakfast or lunch / dinner. The room is quiet, clean and the amenities are quite complete. There is a kitchen with cooking utensils so you can cook for yourself. Family for families with children.

Location is great to buy foods and drinks, 711 only 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you can reach GWC mall. The room is very clean and the customer service is very good. Will be back someday.

The room is very spacious, exactly looks like on photos. King size bed was really comfortable. 2 bathrooms are smart ideas, really convenience. And the kitchen stuffs are well-prepared also very complete. Lovely stay!

Room booked for 1 bedroom with extra bed. Because we are 3 people. Already paid for extra bed. Until the hotel requested a deposit. Standard lah. Up to the room all facilities are for 2 people. From towels, drinking water, furniture for meals and others. But when we called, they just installed extra beds, drinking water and so on. Small bathroom. But OK There are cooking pans. Except receccooker.

All is good, but this hotel is pretty far from MRT Station

We enjoyed the size of the room and its cleanliness. The beddings are soft and clean very conducive to good sleep. The fact that the room had 2 bathrooms is so convenient.

The apartment is clean, they provide the connector for the electric pods. They also have laundry room where you can use the washer and the dryer for $6 per machine. The lady in the receptionist need to improve how to smile. As the opposite the manager is so friendly and full of information. Why am I saying this, for the first day we took the wrong mrt station - outram park mrt (2.8 kms walking distance) for the lady in the front giving us wrong information about the whereabouts mrt station. On the second day when we complaint, the manager show us where the nearest mrt station (Tiong Bahru station) .. and turns out it's only 10 minutes walking distance (around 500-800mtrs). Can you imagine how long we walked on the first day because of the misinformation and the unfriendly attitude of the front lady? 😅 Overall this is a good service apt, will be back for sure

Clean, strategic location and near to tourist destinations. Near to outram station which is a west and north branch station. In the havelock area it is also easy to find a mini market, food court, massage and close to the mall.
