Service was awesome, stuff was friendly, hotel was beautiful and clean

The team at Voyage where very warm, friendly and professional and went over and beyond our expectations with the service, we loved our stsy at Voyage Sorgun and would highly recommend the hotel.

We came back to “our second home” at The Voyage 20 - 31 Aug, and we continue to marvel at the fantastic quality experience. The restaurant’s offer great choice. The portions at the steak restaurant are huge so go easy on the starters. The Greek restaurant if great for families. Don’t miss the Italian for cooked tableside by the head chef. Teppanyaki is an experience you’ll not to miss, but there are only 2 sittings a night. The ultimate party night is Thursday night at the beach club. The act is Birol Tokat, he’s a great showman and he has a great band and dancers. If you own sequins, wear them and you’ll fit right in with the show. There are team members we would like to recognise: Islam at the 24-hour restaurant; by the adult pool our favourite was Mustafa; Elcin in the Hospitality team; in Guest Relations it has to be Elanur, and at the Beach Club it’s Mehmet, Sirkan, Islam ‘Bobby’, Karimm and Samet. Service is exceptional, pier with private pool fab, quality of food very high and ordering via app fantastic!

This hotel is a fantastic for families with kids. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and there are plenty of pools and activities to keep the kids happy. The food is good and there are lots of choice available. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Really nothing to complain about, I would personally consider going there again in the future

This is our 4th time in the hotel and we love it. Staff are trained so well and smiling, nothing is hard for them. Bravo to them really and whoever trains them. Food amazing, the A la cartes are well worth paying the fee. The only thing I could recommend is heated outdoor pool and heaters for dining outside, but only this time it chilly and rainy. All the other times we have been it's been lovely. But we enjoyed the heated pool on cold days and Hamam. We were not bored for one second. With our two children and elderly mum and dad. Thank you voyage Sorgun for another amazing holiday.

Best place we have stayed in Turkey, the friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us, the service was impeccable, the food was good and the facilities were great, the beach theatre and entertainment was also very well done. We will definitely return 🙂

Fabulous top class hotel, incredible service from incredible team. Food and drink is varied and high quality. So impressed! Been here 3 times and plan to return for a 4th!

2nd visit to this hotel in 6 weeks, says it all!

Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel. Hat alles zu bieten was das Herz begehrt. Die Betreuung während des Urlaubs war klasse und stand immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer (kann mal vorkommen) und das Hotel hat alles unverzüglich alles unternommen um das Zimmer von den Ameisen zu befreien. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und sehr gepflegt. Das Wasser in den Außenpools war im ersten Moment etwas frisch. Nachdem man aber mal drin war, war es nicht mehr schlimm. Unser Urlaub war toll und wir werden wieder kommen :-)

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Das gesamte Personal arbeitet mit grosser Hingabe und Freundlichkeit, um den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu bereiten. Die Abendshows sind professionell organisiert, und das Animationsteam sorgt tagsüber für beste Unterhaltung. Die Speisen sind abwechslungsreich und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. In den 24-Stunden-Restaurants gibt es immer leckere Gerichte, und jeden Abend erwartet einen im Hauptrestaurant ein neues Themenbuffet. Auch die À-la-carte-Restaurants sind hervorragend grosse Auswahl an Getränken, köstliche Snacks und hausgemachte Schokoladenspezialitäten. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, selbst die öffentlichen Bereiche sind stets makellos. Besonders angenehm: Das Hotel liegt inmitten von viel Grün und ist perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Ein grosses Lob auch an die Assistenten sie kümmern sich um alle Anliegen schnell und zuverlässig. Unser Medikamentenwunsch wurde sofort organisiert. Wir danken dem gesamten Team den Kellnern, Köchen, Reinigungskräften, Assistenten und dem Animationsteam für ihre Freundlichkeit und Professionalität. Dank euch hatten wir eine unvergessliche Woche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🌞
